Dutch make up line created by high fashion makeup artist Ellis Faas. Quality is key for Ellis and her aim as a makeup artist was to create her ideal brand. The pigments used in her products are designed for use by any skin tone. Her star product in our opinion are her Skin Veil Foundations and Creamy Eye shadows.
